Description:  The objective of this project is the development of physics sinthesys methodologies and toos  and the timing analysis and energy consumption estimative in CMOS integrated circuits in submicronics technologies. In all sinthesys and analysis stages, the coupling effect (crosstalk) are considered, the responsible for the quality signals degradation and for many of the temporization problems.
