Abstract

This article analyze the political-philosophical and anthropological elements which pass by the literary and philosophical script The exception and the rule, by Bertold Brecht, which make us closer from the barbarian avarice and the maximization of the perspectives of enrichment in disadvantage of human element, crudely exposed by the Marxism of Brecht, which objects in its subtext if we experience the evil as a rule or exception. This article expose the dilemma which composes the social organization and make the critic of the implied speech in the text which is ended with a judicial decision which translate in its subtext the vicissitudes of the judicial activity faced to a radical human exploration, class feelings and his compromising with a determined anthropological perspective. The article focuses the ethical profile of the personages and its repercussion in the institutions and explore the idea that the evil reside in the first one and reverberate in the unprotected institutions, which is exemplified in the text by the disconnection of the decision of the Court of Law face to the circumstances of the homicide which was placed in position to be judged.
